  • Full Refund: If you cancel your enrollment within the 14-day cancellation period and haven’t accessed more than 20% of the course content, you’re eligible for a full refund of the course fee.
  • Partial Refund: If you’ve accessed more than 20% of the course content within the 14-day cancellation period, a partial refund will be determined based on the percentage of content you’ve accessed. The exact amount of the partial refund will be calculated on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Reach out to our customer support team through the provided contact form or email within the 14-day cancellation period. Please include your order number and the reason for your refund request.

  3. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of confirmation. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Course Access Upon Refund:

Please note that upon processing a refund, your access to the course will be revoked. If you’ve downloaded any course materials, we kindly request that you delete or destroy those materials, as further use or distribution would be a violation of our intellectual property rights.


Our Cancellation and Refund Policy does not apply in the following circumstances:

  • If you’ve accessed more than 20% of the course content and the 14-day cancellation period has passed.
  • If you’ve previously received a refund for the same course enrollment.
  • If a course was purchased as part of a bundled package or promotion with specific terms.
